Record-setting company is fueled by its Vue order-management system and HP PageWide technology.

Innovation Comes Into Vue at BR Printers

Since installing an HP PageWide Web Press T230 in 2013, BR Printers has produced more than 2.2 billion letter images, including a record-setting month last year in which the company printed an eye-opening 4,040,017 letter images in just 24 hours.

Investing in PageWide technology — the company's fleet now includes four PageWide Web Presses — is only part of BR's progress and prowess in the print industry.

Today, the San Jose, CA, USA-based printer is thriving as a multifaceted provider of print and marketing services, created and delivered from eight different U.S. locations. BR's solutions amplify programs, optimize internal operations, and strengthen connections between clients and their target audiences. All the while, the team is committed to innovation and collaboration, continuing to make investments and add capabilities that solve client challenges and empower their clients' brand communication.

BR's in-house order-management system, Vue, automates processes, eliminates manual decision-making and ensures precision in production. Vue was developed by Adam Rothenberger, BR's VP of Technology, and Shane Jones, BR's Director of Data Engineering. "Vue represents the backbone of our operations, providing meticulous oversight throughout the production lifecycle," Adam says. "With just one click, Vue intelligently leverages SKU attributes and metadata to select the most appropriate templates, ensuring precision in imposition and direct transmission to the designated device. This level of automation is unparalleled in the industry."

The system now integrates with HP SiteFlow, allowing for real-time status updates from SiteFlow directly into Vue. "The seamless integration with HP Siteflow signifies a significant technological advancement, ushering in a new era of synchronized processes and redefining the landscape of production workflows," Shane says.

For non-SiteFow orders, BR relies on its Vue S2 tool, which enables operators to send orders to any device and dynamically impose them on the fly, all from a centralized location.

Congratulations to the entire team at BR for continuing to innovate and help its clients thrive!
