Her grandfather Maurice C. Woods founded the company as Woods Printing Company. Her father's generation grew it into color printing. Devin took the lead in 2016 and rebranded the whole operation in 2020, turning a traditional print shop into a full creative company covering branding, design, digital print, promotions, and mailing and fulfillment, run out of two locations in southern Indiana.

Along the way she has worked with brands like Mom Water and Kimball International, rebranded local school athletics programs, and produced work for the LPGA Championship. She also sits on the Dscoop Global Board and champions women in print through Women in Print and Girls Who Print.
