Guidelines for Dscoop Community Participation
PURPOSE AND VALUES
The Dscoop community is dedicated to driving the digital transformation of the printing industry through education, networking, and collaboration. We value the participation of each member and strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all.
By joining this community, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.
RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM
Respectful Communication: All users are expected to communicate with respect and courtesy in all interactions, whether in events, communications, or activities on the Dscoop Platform.
Inclusive Language: Use welcoming and inclusive language that is appropriate for a professional audience with diverse backgrounds.
Differing Viewpoints: Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences, promoting open dialogue.
Constructive Criticism: Accept constructive criticism gracefully and engage in productive discussions.
Empathy and Kindness: Show empathy and kindness towards fellow community members.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
Harassment: Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. This includes offensive comments, intimidation, threats, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Inappropriate Content: Do not use sexualized language or imagery, engage in trolling, make derogatory comments, or engage in personal attacks.
Exclusionary Behavior: Avoid behavior that excludes or discriminates based on age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or other identity markers.
Sales and Advertising: Refrain from selling, product marketing, or direct advertising within the community. Discussions should be process-based, not sales-oriented.
Gated Content: Share resources that are accessible to everyone; avoid sharing content that requires Dscoop membership.
REPORTING AND CONSEQUENCES
Incident Reporting: If you witness harassment, experience harassment, or have concerns, contact us at [email protected] for resolution.
Admin Intervention: Community organizers and administrators will address reported incidents promptly.
Immediate Compliance: If asked to stop any harassing behavior, participants are expected to comply immediately.
Admin Actions: Administrators may take appropriate actions, including expulsion from the community, for violating guidelines.
Discussion and Resolution: Parties involved in violations may request discussions on avoiding similar situations in the future.

Dscoop retains the right to suspend membership at any time if compliance to these guidelines are not met or if participants fail to qualify for membership in the Dscoop HP Industrial Graphics community.
