Exploring Print’s Future
Held at The Resort in Mumbai, the event centered on the theme "Print Future 360: Evolving Business, Technology, and Strategy." The day featured a mix of engaging sessions:
- Faisal Sheikh of Factories of Future delivered an impactful session on business transformation, challenging attendees to professionalize family-run businesses and rethink their "why." Using popular Indian film references, Faisal brought strategies to life, leaving participants like Gen Z attendee Kashvi Bajaj impressed by the session’s fun and relevance.
- Milan Modi from Madison World emphasized the power of social media marketing, sharing surprising user behavior insights and strategies for maximizing visibility with modest budgets. Attendees actively participated, gaining actionable ideas for their social media journeys.
- HP Indigo’s Guy Bibi and Sima Morad hosted a virtual session on AI-powered printing. They shared how AI tools can revolutionize photos, albums, and packaging, equipping members with cutting-edge strategies to stay competitive. The interactive session left attendees eager for more.
A standout moment was the panel discussion on business transformation, hosted by Ashok Pahwa of HP India. Panelists Saifee Makasarwala, Aditya Upadhyaya, Isha Deshpande and Kayu Dhanbora shared heartfelt insights on leadership, risk-taking and staying ahead of industry trends.

A Community of Collaboration
The event concluded with a site visit to Silverpoint Press on December 19. Attendees observed innovative workflows and industry best practices, sparking discussions on process optimization and efficiency. The visit fostered a spirit of collaboration, with participants exchanging strategies and forming meaningful connections.
Aditya Upadhaya, Chair of the Dscoop India Board, closed the event with heartfelt thanks to participants, sponsors, HP and channel partners. He highlighted the collaborative essence of Dscoop and encouraged members to stay engaged through events in 2025, including the Dscoop Edge conference in Long Beach, CA, USA, and the Asia Pacific Japan Summit planned for Thailand.
