At Edge Slovenia, Michelman https://www.michelman.com/ CEO Andy Rae had fresh news to share: The company had just received certification for a new primer for high-end label applications. Interest was already evident on the show floor, with attendees approaching the Michelman team after seeing news about the product before arriving in Ljubljana.

For Andy, though, Dscoop's value extends beyond introducing products. He describes the community as an "ecosystem" where printers, partners, and HP ultimately contribute to one another's success. "What can you offer the whole of the ecosystem for the benefit of everyone?" he said. That perspective makes Dscoop less of a hard-sell environment and more of an opportunity to reconnect, understand where Michelman fits, and have useful conversations with HP users.

Those conversations also give Michelman an opportunity to show the breadth of its portfolio. Andy says the company has primer solutions for customers across every type of HP Indigo press, something he believes many printers are still discovering.
