Dalim Software has spent more than 40 years adapting to major technological shifts, and Isabelle Billerey Rayel sees the current AI wave as another opportunity to move forward.

The company’s platform helps printers manage processes from file delivery and normalization through file preparation, automation, and imposition. It also incorporates digital asset management and review and approval, bringing multiple parts of the content and production workflow together.

But Isabelle sees the value extending beyond production efficiency. Dalim is embracing AI while remaining AI-agnostic, allowing its technology to evolve as new capabilities emerge. More importantly, she says the goal is to help printers move further upstream, attract brands, and offer those customers additional services.

That’s why Isabelle prefers to describe Dalim as more than a software solution: “We are a business enabler.”
