Jeff Salisbury spent nearly 30 years in the label and flexible packaging industry, working every part of the operation from press and platemaking to prepress. In 2005, he took over as President and CEO of Label Impressions and grew it into a nationally recognized converter, expanding beyond pressure sensitive labels into stand-up pouches, sachets, and shrink sleeves. The company earned World Label Awards in 2016 and 2017 and the DuPont Award for Best-in-Class Flexography and Letterpress. Label Impressions ran carbon neutral starting in 2007 and held FSC certification, reflecting how central sustainability was to Jeff's approach.

In 2019, Jeff sold Label Impressions, closing out a career built from the plant floor up. Today he advises business owners on growth, exit strategy, and leadership through his firm, Northbound Ventures.
