To Mike Farag and his family, Execuprint is more than just a print business. It's an opportunity to serve others through their passion and commitment to doing what's right for clients, team members and industry partners.
That was always the mission of Amin and Esther Farag, who felt blessed to have the opportunity to acquire Execuprint in 1999, just two years after moving from Egypt to the United States. Amin, a retired salesperson who in 1986 won Ryobi's "World Salesman of the Year," and Esther, a retired school teacher, immediately cultivated a close-knit culture in which each staff member is valued individually and professionally, and is expected to be service-driven, collaborative and open to new ideas.

"Navigating a new country and culture isn't a walk in the park, but this family crushed it!" says Juliana Pivoto, Dscoop's Community Success Manager for the Americas. She recently chatted with Mike about the company's history of growth and innovation. (Mike is also a soccer fanatic who excitedly shared with Juliana highlights of this match between Futbol Club Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.)
Mike's parents' philosophy of integrity and stewardship still guides Execuprint, based in Santa Clarita, CA, USA. He and his teammates work cohesively to understand the needs of each client and deliver solutions with speed, precision and creativity. Those solutions include in-store marketing, commercial printing, folding cartons, flexible packaging, labels, mailer boxes, branded merchandise, and warehousing and fulfillment.

The company now has a 25-year track record of progress. The most recent milestone came in 2023, when the Farags installed its HP Indigo 15K Digital Press. The press empowers Execuprint to offer a wider range of media with increased productivity and real-time inspection. The 15K is bringing innovation to digital projects and helping brands stand out.
Each time that happens, Mike loves it — not only for the business success, but to make a positive difference in the lives of others. As Esther puts it, "I am not in it for the income, I am in it for the outcome."
"The Farag family has proven that challenges are just stepping stones to success," Juliana says. "We're thrilled to have them in the Dscoop community!"
