Graphic artist Emily Forgot, is known for working with some of the world's most prestigious brands, with her designs embracing unusual patterns, odd shapes and surreal aesthetics for a number of commercial projects.Emily and packaging designer, Silas Amos, joined together to create 2000 one-of-a-kind Heineken beer bottles for HP this year.
The idea: to come up with a fun way to reinvent packaging. How did we make it happen?
1). Emily designed the pattern using HP SmartStream Mosaic to create a master illustration, which was then used to select different parts of that illustration - to create unique designs for the bottles.
2). Adobe Illustrator was used to then manipulate the image in 2000 unique ways.
3). Finally, the unique images were then printed using HP Indigo technology.
The fun didn't stop with bottles either - we were able to print t-shirts, table designs, food packets, and more! This collaboration showcases the incredible flexibility and uniqueness available to brands, when using HP Indigo.
