On November 21, Jon Bailey, Dave Rosendahl, Jessica DeCola and Chris Minn welcome Chris Baréz-Brown for the second She*t for Brains live virtual event.
Speaker, author and founder of Upping Your Elvis and Talk it Out, Chris “believes that humans are simply not designed for business and that we spend far too much energy trying to fit in with its needs.” His unique approach challenges people and businesses to embed a more human and energetic culture at the heart of everything they do.
The mission of She*t for Brains is to create a space where people feel heard, are provided opportunities to listen to others who may think or see things differently, all while feeling like they can be authentic, vulnerable, and express themselves without judgement.
The November 21 session will share proven strategies that help shape your mental health in a positive way and provide insights into how to find work/life balance & beat burnout.
Those who register in advance have the opportunity to trial and discover a simple approach that Chris has founded, as over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll have access to the Talk it Out app. By using the app for 10 minutes on a Friday, for 4 weeks, you get to process your week and clear your head of the busyness we all carry around with us. You can then re-charge over the weekend and come back to work on Monday with renewed energy, laser focused on how to use your talents best.
Join us for a session that will be sure to encourage you to think differently, try something new, and discover new ways to prioritize your mental health!
