Mike Scrutton is Director of Print Technology and Strategy at Adobe, where he leads initiatives focused on developments in the digital printing space. Mike draws on his 30+ years in printing, and extensive understanding of creative and production workflows. He routinely works with end users, brands, vendors and partners, both within Adobe and externally. Mike has been with Adobe since 1997 and has been responsible for many technologies in the field of PDF, color, printing and end-to-end design to print. A native of the UK, Mike is based at Adobe’s headquarters in San Jose, California.
Melissa Stevens is Chief Marketing Officer at Fedrigoni Special Papers / Mohawk. Melissa has dedicated her career to marketing communications, focusing on the print and paper industry. She began her journey at Mohawk in 2004, advancing through various roles in sales, marketing, product research & development, and business operations. In 2024, Melissa was appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Fedrigoni Papers North America. In this role, she aims to drive growth and foster innovative collaboration through cutting-edge products and strategies that enhance brand awareness and cultivate a vibrant and inspired creative communications community. Before joining Mohawk, Melissa accumulated 11 years of experience in the marketing, publishing, and distribution industries. She holds a BS in Business & Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, an AltMBA, and completed numerous Executive Management courses in leadership, strategy, and marketing from Northwestern University.
Other passions include her family, the quest to master homemade pasta, travel, and spending as much time as possible on or near the water.
Craig Letton is CEO of Hyble, where he leads a world-class marketing technology company that exclusively serves the alcohol industry. With over 12 years of experience in this role, Craig has a proven track record of scaling the business, expanding into new markets and delivering innovative solutions for global clients. His core competencies include new business development, strategy, marketing management and negotiation. He has transformed Hyble from a family business into a software provider that is used by leading drinks brands and distributors in over 50 countries. Under his leadership, Hyble has grown revenue by 10x since 2017.
