Synergia Pac Private Ltd. is dedicated to innovative printing and sustainable packaging solutions, helping clients of all sizes to transform their ideas into tangible realities. Saqib Jamshed, the company's Co-Founder, shared his perspective on the company's growth and opportunities:
Describe your company and your role in it.
Synergia Pac has an interesting origin story. It is about a mentor, a mentee and a visionary leader sitting together over dinner to share a common vision for innovation, the current need of the hour, and where is the business and markets taking us all? And we all coalesce to a point that there is a need for an "innovation lab" with state-of-the-art technology for the printing and packaging market and outcomes. Even the name Synergia Pac is a derivative of the synergies we developed together. I am the mentee in the organization, with Raman Anandchahl ji being the mentor and Deepak Nargis ji as the visionary leader.
What would your best customers say about your company? What makes it special?
Our best customers continuously say to us that “We leave it to you to decide what is the best packaging for our need?” What makes it special is the process. We have an ideology of being innovators. Even if a proven product comes to us, we sit and brainstorm what else can be done to make it better. We question everything that needs to be answered to make the product better than its predecessor. We are also building team of product strategists who would work on each product lines with needs for each industry we cater.
What kind of new business does your company seek today? What opportunities are you going after?
We are looking at solution selling. Our core strategy is to be the brands’ packaging partner from concept to counter and even beyond that. Let’s close the loop. Today, we are looking at almost every packaging that needs redemption or seeks value selling.
What's the biggest challenge your team faces right now?
Our biggest challenge is that we are one-of-a-kind. The market will take time to recognize us in doing what we do and why we are doing it differently. Plus, our journey need lots of collaborations upstream and downstream.
What do you love about the print industry?
The print industry acknowledges the need of community. Printers come at various podiums with their innovations, and they never shy away from sharing a lot of insights. The industry is a mixed bag, from highly advanced best technologies to contemporary and conventional ones all at the same time, with a market for everybody.
What are your expectations while joining the Dscoop community?
To learn, learn and learn. We can’t be better all by ourselves. We need a network that help us to grow and develop. We see Dscoop as one strong medium for that.
