What You'll Experience

This cohort brings together organizations at various stages of sustainability maturity to learn from each other while building actionable roadmaps for improvement. Using HP's Sustainability Amplifier self-assessment tool as your foundation, you'll work alongside peers to transform insights into concrete action plans.

Program Duration: 4-5 months

Format: Four 90-minute monthly sessions

Each monthly session explores one core sustainability topic:

1. Fundamentals – Building your sustainability foundation
2. Business – Integrating sustainability into operations
3. Climate Action – Measuring and reducing environmental impact
4. People & Community – Creating positive social impact

How It Works

Before the cohort begins: Complete the HP Sustainability Amplifier self-assessment to identify your organization's current maturity level and receive personalized recommendations.

During each session:

1. HP-led content: Topic overviews, aggregated insights from cohort assessments, best practices for different maturity levels, and explanation of tool recommendations
2. Peer collaboration: Facilitated breakout discussions where you'll share challenges, exchange strategies, and co-create action items with organizations facing similar opportunities
